The Reedge customer portal (at this moment) is split out into 4 sections.


The main section is the messaging board on the left. Here the customer:

  • Can view the messages send to him/her by the company
  • Can reply to messages from the company
  • Accept or Reject Quotations directly


On the right-top side the customer will see the general assignment details.


At the right-middle there is the documents section. 

The documents uploaded by the company and share with the customer plus the documents uploaded by the customer are shown here. They can be downloaded.

The customer has the option to go to All documents where the documents are shown catagorized by All, Quotes, Invoices and Archived. At the bottom there is an upload document button which allows the customer to upload a document.


At the right-bottom there is the tasks section. Since companies have the possibility to assign a task to the customer, all task that are assigned to the customer will show here.

By clicking on a task a pop-up will open with the task details (view state). The customer has the option to change the task status to completed.

When goin to All Task, the customer can view the tasks categorized by All, Due soon, Overdue and Completed
